Choose the right size

Urinal condoms are available in various sizes/diameters. You can either measure the diameter of the penis directly with a caliper or special template or measure the circumference with a measuring tape or string. For the template, simply use a pair of compasses to make different semicircles in the respective sizes to cut out and check.

Attention: Always measure when the penis is flaccid. If you are not quite sure of the size, choose the smaller size. It is important that the condom fits tightly and in cold weather the good piece usually shrinks a little!

Functionality and installation

The urine is drained through a tube which is attached to the urinal condom and led out of the harness. If you have a seat harness, it is best to lead the tube along the leg, under the shoelace and outwards.

Most recumbent harnesses have a special outlet for the tube.
