For orders under 100 CHF, a shipping fee of 6.90 CHF applies within Switzerland.

For Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 15.

For Austria, France, Italy, Poland, Croatia, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Slovenia, and Slovakia, we charge a flat shipping fee of CHF 20.

Most products are available directly from our Swiss warehouse. Unless otherwise stated, orders are typically shipped within 1–3 days.

We will confirm receipt and inspection of your return via email. Any payments you have already made will generally be refunded to the account used for payment within a few days.

When returning an item, please make sure that everything is in its original condition, includes all original accessories, and is undamaged. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

Please also make sure that you, as the customer, can be identified by your name, address, and order number. The easiest way to do this is to include the packing slip that was sent with your order or a copy of your order confirmation via email.

Otherwise, a paper invoice will be mailed to you at the end of the month for a fee of CHF 2.90. If this invoice is also not paid by the due date, MF Group AG will charge collection fees.
