The Brummellocks are made of a flexible but very tough plastic and are virtually indestructible.
When closing, the Brummellock engages in the slot of the Brummel hook so that it can no longer open on its own and is locked by the Brummellock (see video below).
The Brummel hook safety catches can be easily installed without unlooping the Brummel hooks.
Simply slide the Brummellock firmly with the narrow end over the Brummel hook of the riser, paying attention to the laterally offset hole.
If you have a different Brummel hook on your glider, you can also attach the Brummellock to the hooks on your harness or replace one pair with another pair.
The Brummellocks are compatible with most Brummel hooks. However, please compare your Brummel hooks with this illustration before ordering!
