Questions about shipping

Within Switzerland we send all orders free of charge!

For Germany we charge a shipping flat rate of CHF 15-

For Austria we charge a shipping flat rate of CHF 20

Most of the products offered by us in the shop are available directly in our warehouse. Orders are usually sent with the Swiss Post Priority in 1-3 days.

If it should take a little longer, we will inform you by email and keep you up to date with regard to delivery date.

Yes, as soon as a package is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking code to follow your package.

Return and exchange

You have a 100% return right with us for 14 days.

It is important that the products are used unused, intact, in their original packaging and returned with all accessories included. Otherwise a return excluded.

The entrance and testing of your return will be confirmed by us by email. Payments already made will usually be refunded to the account used for payment within a few days and also confirmed by email.

With your return, please make sure that you can be recognized as a customer with your name, address and order number. The easiest way to do the delivery note or an email copy of your order confirmation.

Doesn't the size ordered do you fit you? Or did you order the wrong one or simply decided on another product?

That's no problem...

Simply write us by email for which size or which product you want to exchange your article.

We will then send you the desired size or the newly chosen product after arriving your return ASAP.

You will of course be reimbursed a possible price difference in your favor.

Payment options

You can pay by credit card, Twint, PayPal, in advance or conveniently by invoice.

When paying by invoice, we work with MF-Group AG. The MF Group will send you an invoice by email 3 days after ordering. This invoice must be paid or partially paid within 14 days of the MF Group's provisions. Otherwise, a postal invoice will be sent to you at the end of the month for a fee of CHF 2.90. If this invoice is not paid on time, the MF Group AG will collect dunning expenses.

No, the payment by credit card, Twint, PayPal, prepayment or purchase on account are without fees for you. This takes over Paragliding24 for you.
