An excellent shoe for fast ascents, via ferratas and mountain tours - the Ascent GTX from Garmont! The lightweight mountain boots are made of durable 1.8 mm suede and offer an optimum fit in combination with the sporty cut.

The GORE-TEX Performance Comfort lining makes the mountaineering boots waterproof and breathable. The comfortable footbed made of antibacterial needle felt also reduces unpleasant odors and increases air circulation in the shoe.

Garmont's Frame Flex Mid insole made of nylon offers an ideal combination of stability and flexibility. The Vibram Nepal outsole has a climbing zone in the toe area, offers ideal grip on all surfaces and is very durable.

The precise lacing with additional lacing hooks on the shaft keeps the foot securely in the shoe at all times during ascent and descent.

The asymmetrically cut shaft is higher on the inside, protects the ankles and provides additional stability. A scree protection edge in the toe area and on the heel protects against abrasion, scree and stones. The anatomically cut tongue of the Garmont Ascent GTX mountaineering boots adapts perfectly to the foot and ensures a high level of comfort.
