The Ozone Buzz Z7 is designed for pilots who fly 30 to 50 hours per year and who want a reliable wing for their first XC flights that offers a high level of passive safety.
All these fine-tuning and refinements have improved flight characteristics and performance. The first thing you will notice is a very linear and direct response from the brakes and the resulting increase in agility and precision in handling. We have also increased the top speed and improved glide performance across the entire acceleration range.
This category of wing is extremely important to Ozone, as so many pilots use it, and the Ozone Buzz Z7 is the most efficient wing we have developed to date in the "true B class." We designed it for pilots who want a capable XC wing that is fun to fly and offers the best possible passive safety.
The wing is made from the same materials to achieve the perfect blend of durability and lightness, and the lower lines are now fully sheathed and color-coded to simplify handling and launch. The new risers also make launch preparation easier and flying more comfortable.
We havenot changed the wing weight of the Ozone Buzz Z7, so it is still light enough to achieve excellent filling characteristics in all conditions. We paid special attention to the leading edge: it has been reinforced to provide greater solidity in the "nose" area across the entire speed range. These new reinforcements also eliminate flutter at top speed and make the wing more efficient when flown at high speeds.
