The Edelrid Alias 2 impresses with its low weight, high strength, and technical design. Manufactured using a special hot forging process, it achieves maximum strength with minimum weight.

The carabiner's specific "backbone" shape ensures optimal power transmission and load absorption. In addition, the distinctive double S-shaped curvature prevents the carabiner from twisting.

The twist-lock closure, a simple twist mechanism, has proven to be safe and extremely practical in use and is therefore very popular. In combination with the Key-Loc nose, the Alias offers the best possible comfortable handling when attaching and detaching the carrying straps and prevents you from getting caught up during operation.

The extra-large opening angle of 12 mm makes it easier to thread and pick up the harness. In addition, the dimensions allow universal application for harnesses from 20 mm to 40 mm.
