The Charly FIRE BASIC heated gloves fit like a second skin and are the ideal undergloves when "normal" gloves are no longer sufficient.
The cozy, highly breathable fabric, which even features windblocker softshell on the back of the hand, provides extra warmth as an additional layer of insulation.
In extreme cold, the battery-powered heating can be switched on. In the transition period or on less cold days, the Charly FIRE BASIC heated gloves can also be worn on their own and are ideal for keeping you warm at higher altitudes, on winter walks, or when jogging.
When hang gliding and paragliding, the Charly FIRE BASIC heated gloves are often used in combination with muffs. Flight instruments with buttons or touchscreens can be easily operated with gloves thanks to the integrated touch pad.

Key featuresIn particularly frosty temperatures, Charly's high-tech battery heater can be switched on. It takes into account the body's reaction of directing blood away from the extremities and into the body's interior in very cold conditions in order to supply the vital organs. The key to warm hands is therefore to direct the heat through the fingers, as this is the only way to warm the whole hand. Unlike foil-based systems, which can only be attached to the back of the hand and fingers due to their limited flexibility, the flexible textile heating wires in Charly gloves run along the sides of the fingers and over the fingertips.
This protected positioning between the fingers also has the added advantage of minimizing heat loss to the outside. This makes the glove noticeably warmer and longer lasting.
The flat Charly double batteries (7.4 V / 2,000 mAh / 14.8 Wh) can be conveniently stored in the two zippered pockets on either the top or bottom of the wrist. This means that two double batteries can be used in each glove without compromising on comfort.
The gloves are supplied with one pair of batteries per side, but can be retrofitted at any time with replacement batteries (item no. HM1930), which can be purchased separately. The heating performance is independent of the number of batteries and is impressive in any case. The only difference is in the heating duration, but even with one battery per glove, this is perfectly adequate for everyday use.
At the touch of a button, the temperature can be adjusted in three heating levels, which are indicated by red, blue, or green LEDs integrated into the switch. The additional charge level indicator reminds you to recharge in good time. Switch to a lower setting to adjust the battery performance to the desired usage time.
