The Garmin GPSMAP 67i GPS device is a robust and easy-to-read device that allows you to determine your position during outdoor adventures and expeditions, even in difficult terrain.

Even in emergency situations, you can connect to the global GEOS search and rescue center at any time via direct communication and an emergency button, and you can be reached worldwide. Thanks to InReach technology via the global Iridium satellite network, you can write and receive messages. However, this requires a satellite subscription.

Navigating the terrain is very precise thanks to the Quad Helix antenna, GPS and GALILEO support, and self-calibrating ABC sensors. Mobile access to weather forecasts and Geocaching Live. The GPS device complies with the military standard MIL-STD-810G and is therefore particularly resistant to extreme temperature conditions, dirt, vibrations, and shocks.

The 3" display remains easy to read in all weather conditions. If you are on the road for a long time, you can start expedition mode, which increases the InReach technology's battery life to up to 200 hours. Your position is saved every 10 minutes.

The barometric altimeter and 3-axis compass calibrate automatically. BirdsEye satellite imagery, which can be downloaded directly to the device, provides a high-resolution, photorealistic view of routes, trailheads, and clearings—all without an annual subscription. Location tracking and navigation in difficult environments is possible thanks to multi-GNSS support combined with altimeter, barometer, and compass navigation sensors.

To avoid getting caught in bad weather, you can access current weather forecasts directly via mobile phone when connected to Garmin Connect Mobile. With the free Garmin Explore app, you can plan your next adventure in detail. Information such as waypoints, routes, and activities will help you do this. This app also allows you to sync the GPSMAP 66i with compatible mobile devices.
