The foot warmers reach their maximum heat after approx. 30 minutes and then provide a pleasant 40°C and more for up to 8+ hours. Dispose of in normal household waste after use.
Simply open the packaging of the sole warmers, remove the soles and stick them into your shoes or onto your socks. After a few minutes, the sole warmers will provide your feet with a pleasant 40°C for up to 8 hours.

By storing the heat pads in airtight packaging (e.g., in a sealed plastic bag), the reaction can be stopped and continued at a later time. This allows the 12 hours of heat from a hand warmer to be divided into two days with approx. 6 hours of heat each.
