The Charly TargetCross Basic Light usesa sophisticated cross-cap with different line lengths, which allows for particularly fast air intake. This ensures that the rescue parachute opens reliably and stably. The S-shaped canopy trim generates a high righting moment and effectively prevents a dangerous downplane position. Your paraglider is quickly relieved of weight and dives cleanly – a decisive advantage when retrieving the main canopy.
Thanks to high-quality, waterproof super-light fabric and smooth Dyneema lines, the Charly TargetCross Basic scores with minimal pack volume and low weight starting at 1,140 g. The extended lines also reduce the risk of rescue bag snagging, as the canopy opens outside the glider's line area.
The Charly TargetCross Basic Light iscertified according to EN 12491 and LTF NFL II 91/09 and approved for towing loads from 50 to 220 kg (depending on the model). It is ideal for thermal, cross-country, and leisure pilots who are looking for an uncomplicated and reliable rescue parachute. Optionally, the Basic version can be converted to a steerable ST version by the manufacturer at a later date.
