Magnetic holder / tensioning is an alternative solution to attach chaasecam to your paraglider. It offers more comfort than the classic hook holder, especially in rough conditions. It can be difficult to hit the hook into the tiny textile loop on the back edge when icy wind trembles with her paraglider and you have to make a bad or worse decision - do it with lanky gloves or frozen naked hands.

The magnet holder quickly and safely connects the chassecam with its paraglider, but dissolves itself when a force of more than 20 N (2 kg) is exerted. CHASE XC creates an air resistor for trim speed flight of about 2n. Even if the chassecam gets stuck for a while, the flexible rope absorbs impact power, so that the tension increases evenly. If the increasing force in the bungee rope cannot pull enough to free the persecution camera of obstacles, the magnetic release separates the chamber of persecution, so that your paraglider is not affected by this small accident.

Uprising check

Before each use, make sure that the magnetic bracket works properly - connect and separate magnetic contact several times. If some particles are captured by magnets, remove them. Also make sure that both magnetic parts sit well together, the collar must fit into its groove on the other.
