Equipped with the latest technology of UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) like drones, the new pressure sensor integrated in BipBip PRO allows ultra-fast sensing (100 times per second). This centimetre-precise pressure measurement is achieved with a DSP specially tailored to the needs of free flight. (Digital Signal Processing) specially tailored to the needs of free flight.The result is an ultra-precise and fast response time for altitude and vertical speed.

Unlimited flight times with solar energy

With its powerful SunPower solar cell with an impressive 193 mW output, the BipBip PRO is fully powered by the sun, regardless of the settings (volume, sink alarm, LED, etc.). The additional solar energy is stored in a large internal battery and provides you with 400 hours of runtime without sunlight. The solar cell charges the BipBip PRO as soon as it is in the sun (on or off), so its autonomy is unlimited.

This new solar cell is thinner and more robust thanks to an additional PET/EVA layer, protecting it from drops and scratches.

Much more than just beeps

The BipBip PRO has a new onboard buzzer and a customized amplifier that has been specially developed to produce a loud and clear sound. This provides a wide volume range (95 dB at maximum volume) without compromising the runtime.

Mini variometers are famous for their harsh sound. So that you can fly in complete serenity, we have developed exclusive acoustics that deliver sweet tones to the ear. The BipBip PRO has an integrated audio synthesizer to generate sound with envelope modulation (known as ADSR) and produce intuitive and pleasant beeps.

A vario to fly with your own style

Whether you're looking for uncompromising performance or are more interested in watching the sunset, we've got you covered. Available settings allow you to customize the instrument to your style with new advanced settings as well as 2 audio profiles:

• long and progressive beeps for more detailed information while lifting.
• short beeps for clean and effective elevator information.

Lift off, the Vario beeps

Function previously available on competition-oriented instruments, the take-off recognition function mutes the vario until take-off. So with BipBip PRO, pre-flight checks and waiting for optimum take-off conditions are distraction-free (and for your buddies too).
If necessary, the vario can be activated on the ground simply by changing the volume. In addition, the take-off recognition can be deactivated in the configuration menu.

Never miss a thermal

BipBip PRO weak lift detector is a short buzz modulation that indicates weak lift (from -30 cm/s to +10 cm/s), it is not worth turning, but can give you an indication of stronger thermals nearby.
In comparison with two pilots, one has the weak lift detector activated, the other does not! The one with the activated one finds the weak lift area much faster and the buzzer helps him to find the thermal core.

Smaller and lighter than a matchbox

Even more compact, robust and scratch-resistant than its predecessors, BipBip PRO is an ultra-light audio vario. Its feather-light weight of 26 g allows you to leave it on your equipment at all times, whether for quiet morning flights, bivouac flights or long technical cross-country flights.
