The new GEO 7 has experienced a comprehensive optimization of the details of what makes it better than its predecessor: we have further reduced the weight, and can hold the categorical performance and agility with which our Geo series has become so popular . No other umbrella in the entry-level intermediate category offers a comparable level of lightweight and XC performance.
All of these fine -tunes have improved flight characteristics and performance. The first thing you will notice compared to the Geo6 is a feedback on the brakes, which is linear and direct, and the resulting gain in agility and precision when handling. The top speed is also higher, as is the sliding power over the entire acceleration area.
This umbrella category is very important for us because it operates a wide range of pilots. The GEO7 is the most efficient wing that we have ever developed for its "true B-Class". We designed it for pilots who want an XC umbrella that is powerful, fun and brings the best passive safety that is possible at this level.
The interior structure is constructed for ease and durability, with an intelligent mix of durable 32g and 40g cloth. The large surfaces are made up of Dominico N20D LE and N10D. The GEO7 is 1.4 kg lighter than the BUZZ Z7 and 125 grams lighter than the Geo6 - and we have made no compromises in the event of resilience and durability!
The GEO7 is intended for pilots who fly around 30-50 hours a year and want a lightweight umbrella that you can take on trips, Hike & Fly and with which you can make XC flights. And all with a high level of passive security.
The GEO7 is either available with LinkKlites (this is the lightest option) or with conventional steel diaper, which weighs about 100 grams more than the total weight.
