The new 2-line of the sports class!
The photon almost provides the performance of the competition class for experienced pilots of the sports class. The entire Ozone know-how over 2-linen has been incorporated into the design of this umbrella. This project stands for a long development phase with extensive prototypes and hundreds of flight hours and security tests, and we are very satisfied with the "true performance" (true performance) in real XC conditions. The photon forms the missing connection between the conventional 3-line and high-performance umbrellas such as the Zeno2 or the Enzo3.
The photon was developed from the Zeno2. The extension is a little lower and the number of cells is more moderate. We also chose a typical profile. By enlarging the curvature, some comfort and handling factors have improved, and the winglets compensate for the effect of the stronger curvature on the roll stability and the behavior of spirals. The end result is the most accessible 2-line that we have developed so far.
Thanks to its stable profile and sailing coachion, the photon feels in an exceptional and solid and solid way over the wing depth. It is trimmed for safety and simple handling and has great handling. The performance of the wing is immediately obvious-we have never flown an EN-C screen with so much sliding. This is a real 2-line that allows the pilot to control the angle of attack in the entire speed range, which is a safety pulse for experienced pilots and enables a higher average speed, while gliding through turbulent air. This umbrella is an ideal springboard for everyone for whom this way of flying is new.
The sliding output comes very close to the Zeno2, but the improved sailing co -cession and the lower extension make it less demanding and more pleasant to fly. When it comes to the speed, this is the fastest EN-C umbrella that we have developed so far: faster than the D4, M7 and the Zeolite, and the top speed is little lower than that of the Zeno2. It is essential that he is solid and comfortable at these speeds. And the winglets improve roll stability to achieve more efficiency in accelerated flight.
Extensive testing of our Ozone R&D team on the behavior of the photon in the case has shown that the umbrella easily corresponds to the safety regulations of the class, and its behavior in side and front rattles is very similar to that of the Delta4. We not only test our umbrellas in calm air, and the photon is no exception either. We have spent many hundreds of hours to challenge the umbrella, and in real conditions to confirm its solidity in real life and its actual recovery behavior of slappers, and to ensure that this umbrella is suitable for pilots for sports class.
The photon is approved by EN-C and available in six sizes. It is suitable for experienced pilots that have already flown to the EN-C category, have a high degree of skills to control the umbrella and have experiences that have recently been refreshed.
