In the Engelberg Valley you will experience a true flying paradise! The numerous cable cars may have many cables, but for us it is also a stroke of luck. They give us so many take-off options in such a confined space - something unique in the Alpine region.
The flying area is extremely easy to reach. You can easily get here from Zurich within an hour, whether by car or public transport. The first flying area is just 5 minutes from the Stans-Süd highway exit. Simply fantastic!
Lake Lucerne borders the valley to the north and offers breathtaking views. As you venture further south into the valley, the surrounding mountains become ever higher and more alpine. The Buochserhorn may still seem like a harmless pre-alpine peak, but suddenly you are on the Titlis and hiking through high alpine mountain landscapes with impressive glaciers.
