Conventional variometers have the disadvantage that climbing and sinking are always displayed with a more or less significant time delay. With the XC Tracer Maxx II, data from various sensors is combined using a complex mathematical process, eliminating this time delay. Thanks to the delay-free display of climb/descent, finding and centering thermals is much easier with a Maxx II than with a conventional variometer.
Displays on the screens are reduced to the essentials, enabling intuitive flying. Icons instead of text for effortless interpretation. We use a special hardened glass for the display, which prevents annoying reflections and is also very robust.

You can always see where your buddies are. The Maxx II has a built-in FANET including FLARM, which means that Maxx II can also receive data from other FANETs. Add buddies and you're done.

The vario has a built-in lithium polymer battery that, when fully charged, is sufficient for more than 70 hours of continuous operation, including data transmission via BLE and recording of IGC and KML files, and of course operation of FANET/FLARM.
