The Brummellocks are made of a flexible but very tough plastic and are virtually indestructible.
When closed, the Brummelock locks into the slot of the Brummel hook, preventing it from opening on its own and locking it in place (see video below).
The Brummel hook safety devices can be installed very easily without removing the Brummel hooks.
Simply push the Brummellock firmly over the Brummellock hook of the harness with the narrow end, paying attention to the offset hole on the side.
If you have a different Brummel hook on your glider, you can also attach the Brummel lock to the hooks on your harness or replace one pair with another.
The Brummellocks are compatible with most commonly used Brummel hooks. However, please compare your Brummel hooks with this illustration before ordering!
