DescriptionThe Charly TargetCross ST Light (controllable) is an innovative controllable rescue parachute for paragliders who want to not only descend safely in an emergency, but also actively influence their direction and landing site. It combines the proven advantages of a cross-cap rescue with the additional safety of effective controllability.
Thanks to the S-shaped canopy trim, the TargetCross ST generates a strong righting moment immediately after opening. The rescue is briefly in the stall range, which reliably prevents a dangerous downplane position. Your paraglider is quickly relieved of pressure and descends cleanly. This significantly reduces the risk of a scissor position and makes it easier to retrieve the main glider or even unhook a harness.
The ST version allows you to actively steer the rescue parachute as soon as you have sufficient altitude. You can avoid obstacles and fly directly to your landing site. If you decide not to steer, the Charly TargetCross ST lands like a classic cross-shaped canopy – safely and stably.
High-quality, waterproof super-light fabric and smooth Dyneema lines ensure low weight, minimal pack volume, and reliable function – even with line twists. The extended lines further reduce the risk of rescue bag snagging. Developed with a special inner container for clean deployment and easy packing.
TheCharly TargetCross ST Light is certified according to EN 12491 and LTF NFL II 91/09 and is available for solo and tandem pilots.
