Magnetic GoPro helmet mount for paragliders—Safety Mount!

I experienced firsthand how, after a collapse, the paraglider’s lines wrapped around my GoPro, and when tension returned to the lines, the GoPro was yanked off my helmet. That wasn’t a pleasant experience—luckily, it happened during safety training. Since I still like to have a GoPro on my helmet, I designed this mount. Says Daniel from Paradventure!

Thanks to the magnetic attachment, the GoPro is simply pulled off the helmet by the tension of the lines in the event of an emergency. A small elastic safety cord is also attached to ensure you don’t lose the GoPro.

The base plate is available in two versions: curved or flat. Please specify the version you need when ordering.
