The Hanwag SKY GTX boot impresses with its amazingly low weight and excellent shock absorption.

The high shaft and the excellently cushioned Vibram® Mars sole guarantee high safety and protection against twisting when taking off and landing.

The grippy tread offers good grip on any surface. With turf studs and waterproof GORE-TEX lining, even damp or wet mountain meadows are no problem. This means your toes won't get damp and clammy, even in the cool mountain air during flight.

My personal test rating

I use these hiking boots for hiking, flying, and light mountaineering. They are extremely comfortable, don't pinch anywhere, and are very easy to lace up. They are quite high-cut, providing optimal protection against twisting your ankle when walking on uneven terrain or during takeoff and landing.

The sole is soft and has excellent grip on any surface. They are lightweight and very well made. They also look really nice! I really like these shoes!

I give these Hanwag mountain boots a big thumbs up! I think they're awesome!

Size:Inmyopinion, they are cut a little large. I normally wear size EU 44 2/3. With these mountain boots, size EU 44 fits me perfectly.
