The Icaro Nerv is an ultra-light, very comfortable, and modern hike & fly paragliding helmet with EN 1385 certification.

Icaro's new patented ESR (Elastic Size Regulator) offers perfect automatic adjustment from size S (56 cm) to L (61 cm). The height of the regulator can also be easily adjusted.

To ensure a perfect fit, the Nerv 2.0 Light helmet has 3 very soft, breathable padding parts. Each padding part can be replaced individually with a thicker or thinner piece. We supply the helmet with 3 sets of 3 padding pieces in different thicknesses, so you can be sure of achieving a perfect fit by simply replacing all or some of the padding pieces.

Please note that this lightweight helmet—weighing only 390g—does not have EN 966 certification. Nevertheless, the Icaro Nerv Light helmet offers excellent head protection.

Measuring size (head circumference in cm):

Place the measuring tape around your head (at forehead height above the eyebrows). The measurement in centimeters is your head circumference.

Tip: If you don't have a measuring tape to hand, use a piece of string or ribbon and then measure it with a yardstick.
