Easy to use: open the packaging – the shoulder warmer heats up automatically in the air | Stick the heat pad onto the bottom layer of clothing (e.g. underwear) – leaves no adhesive residue. Done!

By storing the heat pads in an airtight container (e.g., a sealed plastic bag), the reaction can be stopped and resumed at a later time. This allows the 8 hours of heat to be divided into 2 days with approx. 4 hours of heat each.
